FAQ’s

  • Caring for your purchase(s) is simple. To remove dirt and oils, simply use warm water and mild soap or paste baking soda & water and lightly rub with a soft cloth.

    Oxidized Surfaces:

    • no harsh cleaners and chemicals

    • no jewelry cloths

    • no ultrasonic cleaners

    All of the above will remove the beautiful patina.

    And don’t forget to remove all jewelry while enjoying hot tubs and chlorinated swimming pools.

    The patinated surfaces change over time (depending upon the individual piece and its wearer) taking on its own beautiful unique surface character.  If at any time you would like your piece re-patinated we’d be happy to do so. Please send us an email prior to sending your item into us so that we can give you an authorization number in order to track your request.

    Bronze has a tendency to naturally patina over time, one of the reasons we love working with this material, as each piece develops its own unique character. If you prefer to keep a nice shiny golden color, store in an airtight plastic zip bag.

    To clean, use a gentle brass/bronze cleaner like Brasso or even ketchup will get the job done in a pinch. Just let the ketchup sit on the piece for 30 minutes then wash and dry your piece.


  • Whether you are treating yourself or gifting someone special, your purchase will come beautifully packaged in our carefully sourced eco-friendly packaging. We have purposely not applied our logo to our jewelry boxes so that you may reuse them however you'd like.

  • We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay + Afterpay through the Squarespace gateway, which is a PCI Compliance, payment data encryption, SSL-certified secure checkouts, and instant transaction risk monitoring platform to ensure security and safety.

  • Items Within the United States:

    Sharon Blomgren Jewelry ships from our studios in the US.  Please note: all SBJ orders are shipped fully insured with a signature required to ensure safe delivery into your hands! 

    For domestic orders, we offer the following shipping methods:

    FREE Domestic USPS Shipping on orders over $125.00


    USPS Priority Mail: 3-4 Business Days

    FedEx 2-Day Shipping: 2 Business Days

    For international orders, we offer the following shipping method: 
    DHL Express: 5-7 Business Days. 

    These timelines are not guaranteed and rely heavily on shipping companies, weather, truck tires, season, pickup availability and reliable couriers, etc..

    If you would prefer to receive your package without a signature required, please contact our studio directly to find an alternative shipping method.

    International Shipping:
    We do ship internationally via USPS International or DHL –  Costs + delivery times vary are calculated at check out.

  • I understand that a return or exchange is sometimes necessary.

    It’s my desire for you to become one of my happy, life long customers that are always delighted to receive a piece of jewelry from SBJ!

    So here’s the scoop on the Return Policy:

    Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

    HOW DO I SEND BACK A PIECE FOR REFUND?

    1: Contact me at hello@sharonblomgren.com to receive your return authorization number.
    2: Items must be unworn and returned in original condition + packaging. Please note that some items are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
    3: You are responsible for safe + secure return shipping. For your protection, please package items securely in a hard box with the original receipt, packaging, your authorization number and mail to us via Parcel Post or any other insured delivery service. You will be notified by email once I receive your return.

    Returns will be credited by the original method of payment, please allow 14 business days for your credit to be processed

    Any shipping + handling fees cannot be refunded.

    *Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

    Exchanges & Store Credits

    Please contact me to so that we can discuss the best way to handle your item you wish to exchange or receive a store credit.

    **Special orders and custom orders are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to enjoy your jewelry for many years to come. Please contact us for repair if your item was purchased through our website. Because of varying policies, repairs for items purchased through a store must be handled by that store.
